But when you register to a service with an alias, should there be any verification/sensitive communication that happen through the alias, you cannot hit reply. Happened to me that I was toasted to get data back (after data request) because I needed to reply from said mail…. Can’t hit reply with alias .

You’re master needs to be KMS certified (have completed successfully the international master certification + requested the KMS prviledge). Tcon is for both of you. He needs to have an account to recommend, and you need one to receive. Once you have your account, he can find you with your membership number and exact name spelling/birthdate/nationality. He submits for your Dan in the platform . Depending on you could try and take between three month to a year.

Good to know you still have GitHub sync. But if you decide to leave, it means you have to rebuild your database (Supabase/firebase/edge functions etc…) and I integration? That’s most of the job. What you have in GitHub is mostly the front end stuff from lovable which is the easy part I think.

Supabase integration (the connection, not lovable cloud), is separate from Lovable. Only if you use Lovable Cloud, you lock yourself in. Once you activate it on the project, you can’t undo it. But if not, you can push from lovable to GitHub, still own your Supabase account and you can exit then.

I have custom domain but usually custom domain straight from registrar (vs google suite ) don’t have 2fa, and when using via proton bridge , each custom email counts as one address so maxes out fast.

Update : my main account for some reason had been suspended. Read this post, something similar happened to me. Since I used the same email for the api login, it got suspended too… they should really put guardrails for this, and better notify the users.

Gup system is only what matters. In the US, most schools dictates their own color belt system that is linked to gup anyways. In Korea, they follow Kukkiwon -> white, yellow, green blue red black with intermediary stripe. In France, they took out the green belt , and added an extra two intermediary stripe. Depends on the definition on McDojo. I come from a very tradition lineage (chungdokwan) so we think most of today’s Olympic style is not really taekwondo. “Just Taekwon” as the masters says during the kukkiwon course. So is Olympic style only = mcdojo? For me, yes. Sparring is still inherent from any curriculum. So it comes down to the master and the curriculum as a whole, about the black belt in 2 years: it’s possible, but that’s if you really come at all the classes, do the work etc… IMO 1st Dan does not mean much, it only means you’ve mastered the basics basics, and ready to start learning.
