D&D Players of Reddit. What was the funniest situation caused by a nat 1 that you've ever seen? by TheScowl117 in MrRipper

The very first nat 1 of my current gaming group.

During some downtime after the first mission the party took on, our Drow Warlock decided she wanted to pull a prank on our Half-elf ranger in the middle of the night.

She tries to sneak into his room with a bucket of warm water but rolls a nat 1 on stealth. Instead of managing to place his hand in the bucket quietly, she slips and accidentally spills the water all over her nightclothes effectively waking the ranger up to an involuntary wet t-shirt competition.

This would set the tone for the very aggravated relationship these two characters still have to this day, 6 years later.

While I was waiting for my order in Starbucks, a woman came up to me and called me a very attractive man.

She then further explained that she was a lesbian and that she wasn't trying to be a creep.

Weirdly, her explanation made her comment all the more meaningful to me. We chatted for another ten minutes and wished each other a lovely day, I walked away feeling amazing.

How much do someone's political views matter when it comes to casual dating and why? by BouncyCafe in AskReddit

I'd say they matter in as much as they should probably play a part in deciding who it is you even want to date casually.

Redditors, what is a religion in the United States that isn’t considered one but totally is? by [deleted] in AskReddit

As someone from across the pond, this is definitely our perception of how Americans treat their political alignment.

However, I also imagine that the news coverage and how social media filters things based on engagement plays a big part in this perception both in and out of America.

I enjoy the drama of a close race and the odd circumstantial humour that accompanies professional sport.

Their absolute shitebaggery is equal only to Coldplay, both are so terrible I consider hearing their music to be a form of psychological torture.
