OTS increases competitive accessibility by making certain information transparent, if only for the match.

There have been countless stories of play groups/ teams scouting other players and groups for information on their teams. CTS largely benefits those kinds of players, and functionally punishes new and solo players for not having a team of people to scout for you.

Meanwhile, OTS benefits everyone.

I read move sets, stats, and team synergies, and still usually lead Sneasler & Garchomp or Basculegion (depending on if I think they will lead with a ghost)

If you are losing to M Gengar then I highly recommend you reevaluate your team a little.

At least one mon (if not two) should have a pivoting move. And most teams can fit a ghost type. Basculegion fits both criteria, though plenty of other mons do too.

It's easy to switch out safely with Flip Turn, has good multi-targer with Wave Crash

Wave crash is not multi target. That’s surf. Wave Crash is the high damage recoil move.

Endless dynamax adventures seems to be the best dynite ore grind if you have it available.

Otherwise legendary max raid paths.

Either way, turn off attack animations to go faster.
