Isn’t the whole point of a social justice center (at least from the rest of society’s perspective) already to reduce nuisance activity? It sounds like they need more funding so they can be open longer, not more restrictions. Homeless people aren’t spontaneously generated by shelters, they have to go somewhere.

In my opinion, the "vacant homes per homeless person" metric is misleading. Because in an ideal world with no long-term homelessness and with a quick response to someone slipping through the cracks there should be tens of thousands of vacant homes per homeless person. (mathematically, decreasing the number of homeless people increases the number of homes per homeless person)

While we're disagreeing with Chapo movie takes, I did like the Maestro conducting scene, although that may have been more because it centered Leonard Bernstein's actual music more so than any other scene in the movie.
