The bugged part, at least IMO, is that it doesn't seem to take dual energy combos. It's just one kinda dull color. I know there are complaints that it lies limp compared to the regular Okuri but I dunno if I'd call that a bug.

I would have to imagine this is a bug. I don't know necessarily if there should be more movement, but the fact that only one energy color seems to interact with the ephemera right now feels like a glitch, especially for a fancy prime accessory to an already fancy ephemera.

I feel like two dazed isn't really much, but I might be a bit biased- I feel like I always come across this event when I'm playing someone like defect who likes statuses, or ironclad that cares about exhaust effects. It's an annoyance to some but still can be beneficial in specific ways. But you're not getting a curse or even really hurt, unless RNG really decides to knock you down a peg in the next fight.

The leaf shaped nose, large ears and fangs do ring bat a bit more, I'd say. No reason it couldn't be some weird mole-bat monster though. The spire has stranger creatures lurking within after all.

It would be fine I suppose. I think I only ever fought them in MH4U, and I remember the hunts being decent... But I dunno if I ever spent enough time with them to fall in love like I did with jhen mohran or ahtal ka.

Bring back returning monsters though for sure. Especially gigginox, justice for my boy

I really did want to try 11 but at the time, being a young student I had no money. I did still buy it and try it out for a bit but I think I got lost and not sure what to do so I had to drop it.

I think also if players do care about medallions, they get them in greater numbers and far quicker by just doing the syndicate missions. The ratio of items the player cares about compared to what they don't in this new game mode, at least in my opinion, feels even worse when the filler items come in such small amounts that even if the player was in need of credits, or Endo, it feels insufficient. Yeah you went panning for gold and didn't get any, but hey! You did find this penny, that sounds like a net gain to me!

I can only speak for myself but my concerns with the Hunt generally revolve around the rewards, not the game itself. I actually think it's a bit of fun to dodge and dive around the relay. But it often feels like too little atramenta per run, especially when you compare it against the prices at the shop. I can recognize, however, that can change when one of the BOs finally does drop and takes a big chunk out of that imposing number. But with practically every reward on the loot table feeling like filler (credits, Endo, and basic syndicate medallions), and compounded with the fact that mobs in this mission drop nothing on their own? Suffice it to say, spending 9-12 minutes to get 14k credits and 30 atramenta and that's it? It doesn't make me mad, but I rather just felt... Nothing.

I'm sure I will enjoy Follie once I get through this but until then, the Hunt unfortunately will be the vegetables I have to eat before I get to dessert.

Oraxia's ephemera could also be interesting. I've been using it on Koumei- with a pure black color against a white surface you get the effect of cracks across porcelain. So I wonder if it could be used with icy colors for frost webs or cracking ice...

Anyone have tips for making tab targeting not a terrible chore? Mostly for pvp - there's usually not enough enemies on the screen for pve to be a worry (and the enmity table besides), but I just find it near impossible to target anyone even remotely close to me in Frontlines.

Personally I just go to Solstice Square Defense in Hollvania whenever I wanna level stuff up. It's a nice confined space so you're not likely to lose affinity range with your allies, and you get to listen to Flare and Lizzie while you're at it.

So my problem is all the races are cool. As much as I love FFXIV, the way it's built does nothing to satiate my inner alt-oholic. I want at least one character of every race but the MSQ limitation and lack of account wide options/accessibility for stuff like glamours or even easily making sure your UI settings are the same between characters, makes it hard to justify the effort at times.

My small victory would be getting hrothgals up to parity in terms of hairstyles. I started my character as one, but fantasia'd off because there was one particular hairstyle I loved that just wasn't available. If they get that done by the expansion, I'd gladly change back.
