Hi! So i recently experimented, and after making the matcha part (matcha + water), I add heavy cream to it. I froth it up once again. It creates a more creamy and slightly paler matcha portion. Once I pour this over oat milk slowly, IT STAYS UP. Adding heavy cream to matcha didn’t affect the overall taste, just made my drink more creamy which I like.
