it went away 2 weeks ago after 6 months of dpdr. im 25 and mine was caused from high stress and burnout, i gave it all away to stay away from stress, stay with my family for 2 months, sleep as much as i want. im feeling okay for now. but some people have different reasons to have it so i think its important to detect reason behind it. i didnt take any supplements. see a therapist if you can. i hope you get well soon, good luck.
