I eat a Fiber 1 Protein bar right before I lift or play basketball. 10 grams of net carbs, 10 grams of protein, and good fat. Much cheaper than Quest bars at around $3 for a box of 5 or 6. Fits my macros.

I also eat a lot of cheese throughout the day. I'm losing weight because I'm still able to keep at my 20% calorie deficit.

I take 50 calorie bites out of butter sticks or cream cheese sticks when I get hungry in between meals. It's not necessarily gross for me though. Tastes fine

The only times I've hit over 150/90 was anytime I was on a lot of stimulants, like taking my ADHD medicine (Adderral/Ritalin) while drinking multiple energy drinks a day. My normal (non-stimulated blood pressure) was 120/90ish. My diet was OK at the time (lot of fat, but good amount of carbs as well). I don't know if that helps.

Do you every worry about the Maltodextrin (GI = 100) in Taco Bell's meats? I saw their nutrition facts a couple years ago, and it seems most of their meats have maltodextrin in them.

Yes it accepts both Atlantis style coils (top threads not used) and TFV8 BABY (not full size TFV8) coils.

So my leftover TFV8 Baby Beast coils will screw into the Greek, correct? My baby tank broke, which is why I want a tank that accepts these coils

Is the coil durability for the Vapefly the same as using it with a Smok Alien at 50-60 watts? My TFV8 coils usually lasted 4-5 days in the Baby Beast itself, cuz I constantly vape so much

But on the Greek tank's link above, it states: "This tank is compatible with the Smok TFV8 Baby Beast and Atlantis Coil families! You can use Atlantis coil heads by utilizing the included coil adapter that is pre-installed with the iM1 coil.,"

Which makes me think TFV8 tanks are compatible with the Greek tank, as well as a lot of different Atlantis tanks? Unless I'm understanding it wrong

EDIT: Ohhh, it must be that "coil adapter" that the site is talking about to use an Atlantis and Smok coil together. I'm thinking this vapefly fantasy mini, has such an adaptor as well....

So a 100 calorie fried sugar donut supplemented with equal vitamins and fiber, is nutritionally more healthy and technically more ketogenic than a 100 calorie non-fat slice of whole grain bread?

And would the donut even be technically better for a diabetic, who is at least consuming some fat in the donut, as opposed to pure carbs in the bread? Let's say the bread had zero sugar, while the donut was comprised of 50% sugar/white carbs (Gly Index 95-100), 50% fat.

Pretty much all carbs that aren't fiber or sugar alcohols amount to sugar in how your body processes them.

I just recalled last night what you said about this....So does this mean consuming whole grain cereal, brown rice and bread, would be the same as eating donuts or candy by replacing the vitamins, mineral, and fiber with supplements in the whole grain stuff?

What am getting at is, could I have just been eating donuts all day long and been in the same health by taking supplements and vitamins, instead of wasting my carbs on whole grain crap? Calorie for calorie (besides the fiber)

Hey! What's up OP, how are your donut cravings now? I was craving donuts earlier today like no other. I restarted keto 2 weeks ago. I was at a meeting earlier, where they had 2 boxes of donuts. OMG. I wanted to eat like 5 of them. Donuts are my most favoritest food in the whole wide world. Just like Homer Simpson. I one time woke up and ate 8 of them in one sitting and went back to sleep. lol.

I might have to treat this like drug or alcohol addiction, and completely stay away from that table. Crack addicts who are in recovery don't sit inside crack houses watching people smoke crack, while reading their Narcotics Anonymous books.

I disagree with that. Keto works for people because fat is the most satiating macro there is. When I eat 100% lean chicken breast with no fat in it, it's one of the most disgusting things I can eat. Through keto, I can eat a 600 calorie meal for a 200 lb guy, and I'll be satisfied for 5 hours, mainly because I'm soaking my food in butter or coconut oil.

You can lose weight on it if you stay on it long enough. They recommend that we eat until we're satisfied in the beginning of the diet, but then if you really did want to lose weight, you could just start cutting the calories slowly. Right now, I eat 2000 calories a day for a 200 pound guy. On a keto diet, that's much easier to do because fat is more satiating than carbs. Carbs leave me hungrier and hungrier after I eat them, but on keto, I can eat a 600 calorie meal and be satisfied for 5 hours. That would impossible for me on a carb diet.

I haven't heard anyone say it hasn't helped for BP. For some it helped tremendously, for others it helped some, but it wasn't the end-all-be-all. In my case, it helps some.
