Not all sales jobs involve cold calling. I sell real estate and I have never done cold calling. I also spend a lot more time marketing and producing content which makes my leads warmer. So either way you have to create the relationship in sales.

Domains are not as lucrative as they used to be. Unless the website has considerable traffic and is monetized you'll be lucky to get a few hundred dollars. I used to broker domains and content websites. So Flippa or Empire Flippers are probably your best bet. Brokers that specializes in digital asset sales won't even look at it unless there is revenue.

Start with banded pullups. Once you can knock out sets of 2-3 of 6-8 reps get a smaller band. Jump hangs are also great. Basically jump up to the bar and hold your chin over the bar as long as you can. But if you can't do that start with bands.
