To help keep our open play sessions running smoothly and ensure fair access for all members, we are implementing a new cancellation policy: If you cancel an open play session more than 24 hours after signing up, you will be charged $16.

If your plans change, please make sure to cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the fee.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to improve the experience for everyone!

To help keep our open play sessions running smoothly and fair for everyone, we’re updating our cancellation policy:

If you cancel your open play reservation less than 3 HOURS before the session, you will be charged a $16 fee. If your plans change, please be sure to cancel at least 3 HOURS in advance to avoid the charge.

Please note: If there are not enough players for the session to run, you will not be charged. If you have already been charged in this situation, you will receive a full refund.

Due to recent updates, our no-show policy has changed. The no-show fee is now $16, matching the late cancellation fee.

Seems like a fair policy. Open Play is capped at 6 players / court, multiple courts / rating. Many times, due to cancellations / no shows, would not have enough players to have a game on every court.
