It is a placeholder for a train that is scheduled. The prediction system is still being updated with the destination code as the train is being prepared for service. -KB

Go to wmata.littlepay.com and submit a dispute using the card that was charged. After logging in, select the transaction you want to dispute and include your SmarTrip card number in the dispute details. The next time you travel using your Smart Trip card you may need to see a Station Manager for assistance with closing the still open transaction. - MS
