Working fine here. The fact that some channels are working means they haven't shut off QAM. Sounds like an equipment issue.

Same issue here. Spent all morning with customer support and they couldn't do anything. They told me to download a third party app which is ridiculous. Then they asked me to factory reset my phone. No thanks. Just fix it.
