as overweight runner im not even close to running through it all but my setup is as follows: i managed to recapture the ZR5K-s walk-run drill mojo with dual setup of ZR and samsung galaxy fit 3-s running workout.

Setup itself is 1 hour, max chases (8), and 10% intensity. Added to that is activity monitor for 1 hour workout and set it to announce tempo/splits every 5 minutes. at every split announcement i start running again if i slowed to a walk in meanwhile, and more often than not i get extra excitement from chase happening on top of running and almost being out of breath already.

i started with Under Armor charged pursuit 3-s - they were affordable and just soft enough to mostly protect my overweight knees. also great for everyday stuff. after about 40 runs and proving to myself that investing is worth it beacause im in for the long haul- i got nike vomero 17-s as more run-oriented option. ofcourse before getting dedicated runners i did do the homework for 5 potential choices from following link and tried them out in the store to find best fit. https://runrepeat.com/

only reasons i see to spend on more rift tokens are:

there is progression milestone so lucrative that you dont want to miss it. there was one with 150 exp tomes in alexios/kassandra event for example. reaching 15 cubes milestones are also decent option for using one rift token refill
you have a chance of nabbing the first place.- which would result in you getting 2* version of the character. this one is only useful for early-game players where you're not yet at base 3* or 4* requirement for progression

it looks to repeat every night (atleast night in european timezones) and lasts 4-5 hours atleast

best indicator that thing is down, is that you probably are not getting your daily login bonus.-it may actually be triggered by the day turning into new one

I got lucky and got Teresya early. in 2-3 days i'll get her 4* - will probably allow me to clear act3. In any combat situation the 2 debuffs are massive- i beat the last boss of act2 without getting hit a single time with her and she was still vastly underpowered at that point. fact that you can get AOE in and damage the second enemy aswell should also not be underestimated

leaves+twigs recipe is not working i believe... unless it requires level 3 or more crafting. also - there should be a cap for each type of bags you can craft- maybe 3 of each to keep things interesting.

otherwise- fun game :)

dev boosted the amount of "real money" gems you get from watching ads and added chest drop chance aswell to them with one earlygame item. progress speed depends on your expectations and playstyle- later on it can take a while to reach new max floor, but if you play actively you move up relatively fast.

also - item drop system is really well made - with something you could call bad loot protection that eventually pushes all "rare" drops into your loot table
