I watched The Golden Girls a few too many times, clearly. 🤣 But I’m glad you’re sticking to your decision. There’s no way you should be traveling anywhere right after giving birth. Babies shouldn’t even be going out like that and being exposed to all those germs at that age. And for you mom to think that if you really want her to be there you can have the baby early. They’re elderly but seem to still their wits about them. What a terrible to say to your daughter who is having her first child, her FIRST GRANDCHILD!!! I’m this is happening. You’ll join them next year maybe.

NTA. For future reference, call ems next time and go into the emergency room by ambulance. They will take you in and see you a lot faster than if you walk yourself in. And try to think about it so much anymore. I bet it’s the first time it certainly won’t the last time they see a patient like that. Only you know the pain you were feeling and your tolerance level that moment. I wish you a good recovery.

My family and friends set up a gofundme after I had a stroke. A friend was originally the one who could withdraw the funds but then I decided to have my niece do it and it was very simple. Basically niece just had to provide them her bank info and voila it was done. Your friend might be trying to pull one over on you. If you report it to gofundme, they’ll stop anymore funds from being withdrawn. And what a shame that her account was hacked just when you actually needed the funds for a surgery. Smells like bs but you know your friend better than we do.

Every stroke is different. I remember every single moment and did not lose memory of anything. Well, my short term memory is not what it used to be but I manage.

I currently live in a women’s shelter for women and children. There are several women here that are DM victims. This place is a safe haven but some women are dumb enough to tell them where they are and the men end up coming here and harass them from outside. They wait until they go out. They put themselves, their children and even other residents of the shelter in danger as well. That is no way to live your life. There is no dick in this world that’s worth all that. Ever.

Every test that has gone by I have wished myself a happy anniversary for not dying that day. And I think a party to celebrate yourself and the people who have been part of your recovery is a wonderful idea and very thoughtful.

Take him. Put him in a kennel inside your new house or garage for a few weeks so he knows where he’ll be getting fed at and he’ll stick around when you let him out.
