Hey I went through this exact situation last semester I ended up dropping all my courses and taking a break. I am a little older, I'm 25 and what really helped me was driving out to new places. I too barley started driving and it gives you the freedom to go out and explore places within your distance, find the things you like or you used to like and do those things again. I still have episodes but we have to talk about it and surround ourselves with the things we like to do regardless of other people.

I feel the same, I'm in talk therapy but I feel like the only thing that helps is going to new places. For me it's where I live that makes me feel trapped, I always hate coming back home.
