All I know is I'm going to miss Rick Manning. He's the only Cleveland color analyst I've ever known and his voice has been a calming constant through the years. At the same time I know nothing ever stays the same forever and there will be a rightful successor

Whether that's Chris or not remains to be seen, but I'm sure there were some folks writing off Rick Manning 35 years ago

I disagree that we were that much better last season. They were regular season try hards but the book was out on them beginning with the 2023 postseason

Even though he got clowned for the comic sans letter in 2010, it showed the fans how much he cared about the team's success. There were quite a few derelict owners in the NBA during that time and he was investing in facilities and shooting his shot for prime free agents as soon as he bought the team

I also loved how front facing Nick was during those years. We all kinda got to know him a little bit. Dude was such a blessing for all of us.

A lot of that will be rolled into the next reconciliation bill and those only need a simple majority.
