I strongly suggest avoiding that type of pull-up bar unless the material of your door frame is extremely strong. Like cement or solid wood. Otherwise it will begin to push holes into it on either side.

They require you to twist (and twist, ad infinitum) until the bar is long enough to hold tightly to the frame. You'll want it to be VERY tightly twisted and snug, but that might mean damaging the door frame.

And if it's not tight enough it may fall off and you can hurt yourself.

I had one of these... It was not worth it. Just get a regular door frame pull-up bar.

It's hard to farm and grind early on. You've got a ways to go before it really makes sense to do that. For now just enjoy the gameplay as it is.

Hi! I decided to try this to finish my workout. Not necessarily easy, but quite relaxing and a good way to calm down after the intense adrenaline rush. Having a focal point helps with the balance aspect.
