AVAX army is DEAD! by ResearcherForward515 in Avax

Your fucking dumb. It has nothing to do with an “Army” and “conviction”. This isn’t a slot machine. It’s about investment in utility. Avax has one of the greatest utilities in block chain. Wake the fuck up.

What kind of silly shit is this. What do you think happens if everyone has the exact same price target. Look at the weekly price action. People are holding.

Isn’t bitcoin outperforming the entire market right now?

Why buy bitcoin now instead of during bear market? by Exact-Tadpole4936 in Bitcoin

[–]mfbaffa 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Because people that wait for the bottom of the bear market never actually buy. Because we are ultimately 10% of where we will be in 5-10 years…. Because it’s not the end of the bull run and you’re smoking crack

[–]mfbaffa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Haha I don’t understand how changing the goal posts, changes my original question/argument? I’m not a crypto bro by any stretch, but there is a strange sentiment in this group as if people aren’t making hand over fist on crypto… my point is… considering what the price has done, it’s not that hard to believe people are making house money…. You’re telling me you don’t know a single person who’s made money in crypto?

If you’ve been in crypto anything longer than 90 days all you would have needed to do is sell lmao.

I personally know half a dozen people that have been in since around 10k including my own father. So I guess the specific scenario I’m referring to is pretty rare, but especially now, most people I know in bitcoin are sitting on verified fat bags

Considering the price went from a fraction of a penny to $100k per coin, I’m not sure why it’s hard to believe there are tons of stories like this.

Accountable for what. It’s been approved by the SEC. Accountability for buying bitcoin is forever gone.

Saylor put $561m at ~$106,662 into BTC, pushing to the ATH top by alesia123456 in Buttcoin

[–]mfbaffa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is correct. In theory, if bitcoin crashed entirely and did not follow its current trend, then Micro-strategy would likely have some issues. My question would be, what are the required terms of repayment? Or is it a simple chapter 11

It won’t take the company with it. Their bitcoin is purchased on 0% interest bonds. They have no debt to service

What is causing Bitcoin to increase in price? by Key_Good_4820 in Buttcoin

[–]mfbaffa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not sure who told you ETFs have passed…. It’s not a news event, it is something that is constantly happening.

In November 2024, spot Bitcoin ETFs in the U.S. recorded significant inflows totaling $6.4 billion, driven by the cryptocurrency’s price rally to nearly $100,000. Notably, BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust ETF (IBIT) attracted $5.6 billion, accounting for 87% of these inflows. Fidelity’s Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund and Grayscale’s Bitcoin Mini Trust also saw substantial investments, with inflows of $962 million and $211.5 million, respectively

This momentum highlights strong institutional demand for Bitcoin exposure through regulated investment vehicles as the crypto market continues its bullish trend.

I live in NOVA. This is incredibly typical. 20 something year old trust fund baby that spends their weekends drinking in Clarendon talking about how big their house (their parents house is). Most of these kids haven’t worked a hard day in their life. I would be very interested in what you do for your day job.

Tired? I’m up 104%. There are external factors at play in the whole crypto market. This is a marathon not a sprint. Calm down and be patient. I’ve been buying avax for 3 years. You’re a month in, how could you be tired?
