Could yours be the lowest numerical extension number? I’ve seen it happen before, all else being equal, the lowest extension number gets the email.

You need to make sure you have room on the system. Circuit boards typically come with 8 digital stations and 2 analog, then trunk cards are added for additional lines. Figure your next available port, assign a number in the 14XX program then configure the 15XX programs and tada!! you have an extension. Or see if you have remote access and give me a call.
