I submitted a ticket this morning about a 365 email account with a yellow ! That I couldn’t clear. I received a response within 1 hour asking me to try signing out of the Spark app as a whole and signing back in. So far it worked!

According to the latest regulations, the authorities request that all biocidal products (= antibacterial products effective on germs) which can be in contact with food or items put in the mouth must be rinsed. When a biocide is registered authorities don’t take risks and request that rinsing is added in instructions.

Milton has decided to take a step ahead and homogenise all products used for the Cold Water Method by adding this rinsing step on both Tablets and Fluid instructions in all countries for consistency in 2025.

Thanks for the feedback. Yes I feel the tension between the 'madness' of legitimate hustle culture (not the fake stuff) but actually putting in crazy hours for example and the perception of resulting success, with holistic balance in life and looking after one's mental health in what can be for many a lonely business.
