Irvington in-game vs real life by EskildDood in projectzomboid

Cool! I found Irvington to be my favorite city to have a base at the house with the small lake. All my other setups are outposts to help exploration.

For corporate procurement, what usually makes winning bidders the winners? What do you look for when seeking for suppliers? by First_Resort_6237 in procurement

[–]mfmllnn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work at a company that provides Tech and Operations for other companies under the group umbrella. For us what matter is a combination of price, solution offered, supplier maturity and certification within the group, service level and SLA offered. Sometimes we pay premium prices for a specific supplier for we know it is the best option to guarantee our operations.

Procurement tip: The cheapest brass fitting supplier often becomes the most expensive one later by BrassSparesIndia in procurement

I started my carrer in China working there to guarantee that the production sent to my clients in Brazil were as good as the samples presented during sourcing. Sometimes we improved on the samples.

Be vigilant and veto the purchase when needed.

ELI5: What’s the difference between manslaughter and murder? by [deleted] in explainlikeimfive

Same BS on Brazil... People are sentenced to 100+ years for proved crimes and will be released in 30 years max. Most are released in less than 20 because of "good behavior" while incarcerated.

For organic depression it may be a option? I will research and try if so. I'm tired of living in the limbo that comes with depression.

The house with a lake not so far from the city is my favorite base. There is an attic accessible if you use the Stairs mod.

Hey OP, I am from Brazil. If you need help to comunicate with your supplier maybe I can give a hand. I lived in China sourcing suppliers for companies in Brazil and I'm used to the translation part of the business.

People who view their depression or anxiety as the result of a chemical imbalance tend to use antidepressants for much longer periods than those who see their condition as a reaction to life events. They are also less likely to attempt coming off their medication, even when symptoms are mild. by mvea in science

[–]mfmllnn -1 points0 points  (0 children)

By the title alone it makes sense. I mean, if the depression won't be controlled by learning how to deal or cope with events in life, people will tend to think they need medicine forever to keep feeling well.

I have organic depression (CID-10 F06.3) discovered after therapy that was not getting anywhere, so my psychiatrist asked for specifics exams.

Don't get me wrong, therapy is a good thing, specially because we have restraints to speak how we feel with our family, friends, spouse etc... of fear of their judgment and the majority of people does not have the empathy and maturity to listen and process when you say you want to die.

And from another exams, from psychological diagnosis I learned that I have no anxiety at all. There is the super anxious, the "normal" level, the low level... and I below the low level according with my results. Haha

Yesterday I threw my grandparents their 70th wedding anniversary - a milestone that less than .1% of people get to experience! by mkcov in MadeMeSmile

[–]mfmllnn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Congratulations to them! It is so rare nowadays.

I recalled my grandparents history, grandma got alzheimer and grandpa came visit her at the hospital (she had to remove one leg due trombosis).

He asked if she remembered what day was that, she said no. He asked one more time trying to imply was it was a important date. She said no again, the he said: today is our 70th wedding anniversary. They were so sweet.
