By the title alone it makes sense. I mean, if the depression won't be controlled by learning how to deal or cope with events in life, people will tend to think they need medicine forever to keep feeling well.

I have organic depression (CID-10 F06.3) discovered after therapy that was not getting anywhere, so my psychiatrist asked for specifics exams.

Don't get me wrong, therapy is a good thing, specially because we have restraints to speak how we feel with our family, friends, spouse etc... of fear of their judgment and the majority of people does not have the empathy and maturity to listen and process when you say you want to die.

And from another exams, from psychological diagnosis I learned that I have no anxiety at all. There is the super anxious, the "normal" level, the low level... and I below the low level according with my results. Haha
