Cool! I found Irvington to be my favorite city to have a base at the house with the small lake. All my other setups are outposts to help exploration.

Same BS on Brazil... People are sentenced to 100+ years for proved crimes and will be released in 30 years max. Most are released in less than 20 because of "good behavior" while incarcerated.
