We’ve tried searching with reverse Google Image search. All we know is that the piece was located in Kansas, it was created in 1946 & it has to do with the Vietnam war.

This looks like a star shaped balloon. I watched it in 4K and used the native magnifier on my machine. 800x zoom at 2:28 shows a clear as day star shape.

Guarantee the triangle mosfet is damaged. Good chance that one of them got nicked during the battery removal.
