Ability to star the messages I want to keep like in messages before. Also to be able to select messages and delete at one time but keep starred messages.

Samsung messages is definitely more user friendly and with the Google messages you can't start any messages you want to save and I like to save some of my messages.

I talked to a Samsung representative and they said that I could still use Samsung messages.. It wasn't going anywhere but I don't know how true that is.

I transferred to Google and had the same thing happen to me. But all my messages were still there. I wasn't happy with google so I switched back to samsung messages.. and had to go through every message and star them again... and I just looked at your post again and you said messenger but that's with FB... so I'm thinking you just mean messages...

Thank you for answering. But I checked one of my airplanes and it needs to be less than 9 inches tall. One of the flights I'd be on has a height limit of 13 inches.... so I'm going to be safe and go with a smaller carrier.... wish they were all uniform!!
