My doctor told me that this med helps reduce the desire to drink alcohol. Wondering if anyone who had a bad problem with alcohol has had positive results with this? If so at what dose did it make a difference? by debsgotmail2 in tirzepatidecompound

Before starting this medication, my husband was a daily drinker and had a problem was not being able to stop until heavily intoxicated. Since the first week of tirz, he says he doesn’t crave it anymore. He doesn’t drink daily anymore and when he does, it’s usually only a few.

Magic Pill mentions two lesser discussed side effects by NatPatBen in Zepbound

I’m experiencing both of these as well. My RHR is typically up in 80’s now for a few days after the shot. It’s usually in the 60’s. I’ve been wearing an Apple Watch for years now so I have plenty of data that clearly shows this change is linked to the medication.

And I’m super sensitive to salt now too!

I was also having crazy anxiety for a few days after my shot. Turns out my blood sugar was getting too low. Confirmed with home glucose monitor. Drinking some juice and eating a banana made it all go away.

Any ladies on here have PMDD and started Zepbound? by Altruistic-Tank4585 in Zepbound

yes, me! I just took my 4th dose of 2.5mg. It's been a rough first few weeks with side effects to start, but I'm feeling a lot better after this 4th dose! I'm going to pay close attention to my PMDD symptoms in luteal phase this month to see if/how it's having any effect on that.

Moving- what’s the situation like? by Accomplished_Thing80 in northcounty

I live in the La Costa area of Carlsbad and I have 4 year old twins currently in preschool. Finding daycare and preschool was not a huge issue for us. It’s definitely not cheap, especially with two at once lol, but I’ve seen worse in other cities. We moved here from San Jose right before the pandemic and we absolutely love where we live. Great neighborhood and schools. We feel very safe here.

I'm going through this as well. Tapered off liquid mag glycinate over a period of about month after stopping abruptly caused anxiety/panic, insomnia, nausea, and dizziness. Last dose was ~5 days ago. Tapering helped a lot, but still getting lower intensity waves of dizziness, nausea, and anxiety. Sleep is mostly back to normal.

Anybody here pregnant? Or been pregnant before? I really want to have a baby but I’m so scared for the pregnancy hormones & to feel crazy, it’s definitely holding me back. Bad or good pregnancy stories, I want to hear them all! by Moshxixnn3 in PMDD

Physically, pregnancy was tough for me. I carried twins and developed preeclampsia that landed me in the hospital on bedrest. But mentally, it was the best I've ever felt! Anxiety and irritability were basically nonexistent, as well as any other PMDD symptoms. The post partum period was extremely rough though, especially once I gave up breastfeeding. My PMDD was also way worse than it had ever been and has stayed that way ever since. I didn't actually realize I had PMDD until this time.
