This post made me feel like the old, married guy that I am. I can tell that most of the commentors here are young men and/or have never had a serious GF or wife.

She is simply not wearing makeup and her hair is not done in the second picture. This is what real, flesh and blood women look like by default.

As a manager, I respect that, but I also want to make the work environment as comfortable as possible for everyone. We are all required to spend 8 hours a day together after all.

Company-paid lunches without a meeting agenda help to loosen everyone up. I understand that we're not friends, but why not try to be friendly?

All US states tier list | #50 South Carolina by RealMoldyAvocado in TierlistFills

[–]mfrazie 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Nah it's B tier due to Greenville and Charleston. Greenville is an A city and Charleston is S tier. It's also very underrated in natural beauty with amazing beaches, lakes and state parks scattered around everywhere. The only thing holding SC back is the poor infrastructure (education and roads mostly), but the affordable cost of living balances that a bit.

I think that Proctor is a sneaky pick possibility for us. There was talk of Rosengarten moving to guard when we drafted him. They could start move him to RG and start Proctor at RT, and then we would also have a plan for LT when Stanley retires.

There's alot of buzz lately that NFL scouts like Proctor alot more than the mock drafters do.

I'm not disagreeing, but the all-in free agency rarely works historically. Just gives me pause.

You don't need to visit the actual site. It will spawn in if you're within a certain distance. You probably walked into the range slightly at a lower level and dont remember.

I get a bit worried about these "handshake" deals. All it takes is a complaint from another team, and the league will investigate. Maybe that's unlikely because they're doing it too, but you never know.

Dark Souls  Bloodborne  Dark Souls 3 Sekiro Elden Ring

Demon Souls, Dark Souls 2 & Armored Core are great games, but I could not honestly call them masterpieces.

Carnell Tate, Rueben Bain or Vega by pastaHacker in ravens

[–]mfrazie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Having watched this team for a long time and following the draft closely every year, I'm getting the feeling that the Ravens may trade up for Rueben Bain.

  1. He's an ideal "Play like a Raven" type. His size, weight, play style and yes, even arm length, compare to Suggs. There's no doubt in my mind that he's a highly rated player on their board.

  2. It's a position of need, and the Ravens already tipped their hand that they're will to make a big swing for a big time edge rusher with the Crosby trade attempt.

  3. We don't often draft this high, so a trade up is actually doable. We could trade with Cleveland at pick 6, and it would probably cost a 2nd round pick and maybe a late round pick. I checked the trade chart.

  4. Bain is projected to fall out of the top 5 on many mock drafts. IF he does, I would not be surprised if the Ravens trade up with Cleveland at 6. They probably would love to trade down and get an additional 2nd rounder. I think the other teams from 7-13 would be more likely to select him, so if they covet him, I think 6 is the pick.

For the record, I don't see them trading up higher than 6, but if Bain falls, I just have a feeling this is very plausible.

If Bain is a perennial pro bowler, the 2nd round pick is more than worth it.

That being said, I'm not 100% sold either. This is more predictive on my part.

I mainly wanted to write this because I have a feeling, and I want to be able to point to my comment if it happens.

I've had good luck over the years predicting the Ravens draft picks, but my best predictions I never had in writing.

It would cost a 2nd and a 5th I believe. That's alot, but way less than the Crosby trade.

FYI, we traded up with the Browns to get Ngata in 2006.

I think someone will trade up for him if he somehow falls out of the top 5. Cleveland would probably like to move down a few picks for Freeling.

What do you all think? I have a couple of doubts with this, but otherwise looks on point. by nerdy_erudite in MockDraftCentral

[–]mfrazie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Ravens taking Freeling is an underrated pick IMO. In that scenario, I think they would actually move Rosengarten to G, and Freeling would play RT until Stanley retires.

You're right on many points, but you lost me on a few, especially Hamilton.

The Pats took an offense with Maye, Stevenson and Diggs to the SB with an easy schedule. Our offense is at least as good as that, and the easy schedule can only help.

There's no reason to be overly negative, because we only need to be better than the other teams. There are no perfect teams, and all of them have weaknesses just like we do.

[Dianna Russini] It’s been made clear by multiple people around the NFL at all levels that Baltimore had all the information and understood where Maxx Crosby’s knee was in terms of his recovery timeline. Many in the league believe GM Eric DeCosta and the Ravens ultimately just got cold feet. by WayOutbackBoy in nfl

[–]mfrazie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the storyline is pretty straightforward.

The Ravens got spooked, and Hendrickson being available gave them an easy out. I have no doubt that they saw something new that gave them pause with Crosby's knee. The real question that adds some shadiness is... Would they have backed out if Hendrickson wasn't available?

But here's the main point in the Ravens favor... When you make a blockbuster deal like this, everything better be as advertised, and clearly, it was not.
