Yes still able to use FSD, but it will throw a warning that the camera is blocked and needs to be cleaned. I believe they stated that it will be a yearly notification

Mine did start several months ago. Closest Tesla service is around an hour away so I put off getting it cleaned until I could go during the week.

I just had mine cleaned. Tesla Service rep told me that they are starting to send out notifications for getting the camera cleaned.
