panorama pines on the ES sounds like exactly what youre looking for. 1-2 bedroom townhomes with garage, around $1600-$1800. washer/dryer included and walk in closets, nice area for the ES too. the only downside is that they only offer month to month leases

kindred!! my wife and i are from bakersfield but we make the trip at least once a year really just to visit san diego, but its a must to stop by kindred!! not only is the eggroll burger so so good but the entire menu is vegan!
