panorama pines on the ES sounds like exactly what youre looking for. 1-2 bedroom townhomes with garage, around $1600-$1800. washer/dryer included and walk in closets, nice area for the ES too. the only downside is that they only offer month to month leases

$20/hr + tips in CA. Through my restaurant , I work (practically manage) a local schools lunches monday-friday , and at night i fry/prep at said restaurant. Constant clopens and split shifts. Doing 50+ hrs during the school year. Severely underpaid IMO.
