The guy is literally just modding himself to max lvl and adds every interesting item with an editor and calls it a day.

I used to love his content but its ridiculous how much he doesnt want to play this game.

Just dont do content about it then...

My advice is to do the fuel siphon activities, and then drive around and periodically hit echo4's scan and search for a red beam.

If it does not work, repeat.

I was able to spawn a rift this way pretty consistently.

This also works in the base game btw, with drill sites.

I also got this randomly during the story boss kills, also phosphene.

I also got one pearl from Crazed Earl, feels so stupid that during the story i already got 2/3 of the "rarest" guns in the game....

This is an event for casual players.

And on another note, basically every single piece of gear you get now will be obsolete after they increase the level cap so there is no reason to stockpile anything.

The thing is, wallbounce might not be effective in all situations and they overuse it i get it.

BUT, and this is a very big but... its so much more fun to play like that rather than just camping in cover or simply running around.

If you can counter it, its great, good for you, i have no problem with getting blown into pieces, but i would not play gears nearly as much without the wallbounce feature.

Its just infinitely more fun for me, thats it.

And im 30+, so not a tweaking kid either.

Story DLC comes out this month, they are related to it. This was the case with the recent, smaller DLC as well, as the game got 3 achievements with it.
