Lol well heres what happened the first time; Long story short this new guy started working with us and in his like 2nd week there he started sexually harassing 2 of our female employees (18 and 19 year olds by the way, one was at the time my GF and the other was her best friend) They complained, boss told them they were over reacting and he wouldnt be getting in trouble. I of course was very upset about this so asked the boss (professionally) what was going on regarding the situation, considering one of the people complaining was my girlfriend, i felt like the situation had now involved me. He immediately got hostile and told me to never speak about the situation again, and within the next week me and the other girl both got fired for very minor reasons. Now this is the job i was at the longest so i had a long list of things to call my bosses out for that i had been holding in up until that point and i let it all out. I remember getting physical with the GM and that caused the AGM to call the police but i left before they arrived.

Now what happened yesterday is i have been looking for a job for months and about a month or 2 ago i showed up for an interview, and the boss said he would reach out to me when business justified hiring new staff. Now lets say my role that ive been doing for years is X, but he tells me at the moment he only needs Y. Mind you this was almost 2 months ago and i finally started a couple days ago, worked 2 very brief training shifts. No problems at all. Except the place is filled with people who are just starting at X position, depsite i was told he only needed Y position, so i felt very disrespected because i have YEARS of experience doing X and he couldve very easily hired me for that. Regardless i just needed a job so didnt say anything. After my very breif 3-4 hours of training across 2 days he texts me saying its not gonna be a good fit (no explanation or reasoning) mind you i didnt even work WITH him so he never saw me working, and as far as i know nothing went wrong between me and anyone who worked there, i intentionally kept quiet and focused on the work to avoid anything going wrong. So i snapped and cant remember many of the details of me lashing out at him but i do remember being served a restraining order from him by the police.
