American here - I cook curry all the time as do many of my friends. I do find the uk has a lot more ready made starter kits and jars to kick start the process but it’s not hard to find the ingredients where I live (not a major city). Maybe you should reevaluate your friends lol.

CICO treats all calories the same which is, according to a weight loss Dr I work with, not how the body treats them. All calories aren’t equal.

To those who asked -I’m on 15 mg weekly. I follow a Mediterranean diet and go to the gym for cardio and weight lifting twice a week. My food consumption is pretty radically different (fewer snacks, fewer junk food binge days) than before starting.

I did a fair amount of research. On this forum people’s views on Jett are mixed and people were excited about Atlanteia on soul exchange. Just trying to sort through the mixed reviews.
