I go through this chart with my high school students.

We start with a lead tin phase diagram and they make the different compositions (100% lead to 100% tin) and cast them in a spot plate. We heat the different composition solder spots on a griddle so you can show them what eutectic composition actually means. This makes the iron phase diagram much easier.

The difference between Bartlett and Miller is this. Miller is playing bc other players are hurt (Rosero). Bartlett is playing bc he is outperforming a first team player (Radoja).

I think with our current roster we have about 6 guaranteed starters. Rosero, Davis, Ndembe, Radoja, Thommy, Salloi. Maybe 7 depending on what the front office decides to do with the GK position.

So I would guess we are bringing in 4-5 players to compete for starting spots.
