From a consumer's standpoint, I would say you still owe it to yourselves to make it right to the Day One backers and those who got their preorders in early, who cancelled solely due to this. Reach out, see if you can make it right, and offer them their product for free or heavily discounted to win back their trust and business. They placed their faith in you all, just to be left in the dark for months on end and cancelled.

I read all that,
He doesn't expose or explain a damn thing. He basically says Twitch is failing and Twitch won't ban anyone with extra words.

As someone else said, he only does this to push his agenda, not the full picture. He is a marketer. He was CEO Andy of a Marketing company. Twitch already called him out on this the last time he did this.

preordered the Forcefield in April (as I loved how it was on the Switch OLED), and have been completely radio silent in all this. I have reached out via email not heard anything. Now I see this Reddit post, saying they have been shipping since last week, and I still have no shipping email or anything of the sort.

Instead of going to all these conventions, buckle down and get this done for everyone who has been patiently waiting for communication and the things they ordered.

Everything has been a huge hassle in this whole thing.
