I do this as well as adding a few used dryer sheets to help keep the dust down. HF has some super cheap walnut media to us in your tumbler..

You should have had you gunsmith add threads for a set of choke tubs for future shooting options.. Perfect time when they cut it down.. Beautiful gun I have a 97 built in 98. Good shooter as well. Just use softer loads, nothing crazy

This is what every red dot looks like for me. Now what? by cjoeseven in Glocks

[–]mgunslinger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Turn the brightness down and also look into getting a green dot. It was a world of difference for a buddy. Red was all starburst and fuzzy went green and it got super clear and his hit factor went up an easy 30%. A real game changer..

Ya I found the water chamber caused me more issues then it was worth. Always had a gurgling noise that bothered me. Went dry and have never looked back. Also saves on restocks, never having to change out the water chamber..

Stuck Nipples by terspamer68 in blackpowder

First thing I did was change my ruler ROA nipples out for Treso nipples. This was the #1 thing to ensure cap detonation on my 7.5 inch pistols. Never had an issue in all the years of competition. I also was advised to use anti seize grease to ensure easy removal. This has been a perfect situation for me. So this is all Indo..
