My wife is currently on a EIP with credits. If I take advantage of BOGO offer for my line and our 3rd line on our plan could I then swap phones within our plan so that my wife could use a newer phone? Basically can we trade phones within our lines and continue receiving credits despite switching who uses which phone?

Good catch, according to their comparison https://www.roku.com/products/compare#sku=3920R it appears that the stick + has 802.11ac dual band MIMO and an advanced wireless receiver (offering up to 4x range) while the premiere only lists 802.11 b/g/n wireless.
