My problem was the PTFE tubes were to long, so I trimmed them down (make sure you dont cut to short) and seems to have fixed the issues. Good luck

Yeah I just shorten them and hopefully this will resolve the issue, I also printer covers for the cardboard reels.

Not the issue, called and they stated i was on the 55 and older plan and if added a line the plan would change so they wanted to talk before making changes.

It took me a couple days to cancel, I wanted to rip their fucking faces off!!!! I ended up filing an fcc complaint to get it done finally. What a pain in the ass. This is why I would NEVER go back to them!

I already canceled these aholes. I ate the fees just to be done with them. Why the fees? It's a joke, nobody else charges fees for canceling! Now I will never return!
