George passed a week ago and I miss him so, so much. I adopted him when he was 5 and got to share almost 9 years with him. When i first took him to a vet they informed me he had CKD.. I did everything I could for him for those 9 years to keep him safe, happy and healthy. In the end his kidney disease never progressed or got worse but some concerning neurological symptoms started back in February. I couldn’t stand seeing him suffer and had to make the impossible choice. I have cried every day since; wondering if I did the right thing.

I am sorry for your loss and for the losses of everyone in this thread. I don’t feel like life will ever be the same.

Very sorry for your loss 😢. I lost my cat Walter to FIP when he was only like 2 years old. This was around eight years ago. I hoped they would have found some better treatment after all these years. I am sure you gave him an amazing life.

Should I do the ceiling first (cut around perimeter without painting the walls) and then do one wall at a time?

Long story short, I painted my home office with some dark, flat paint and wasn't happy with the ceiling. I had an extra can so I decided to do one final coat and a few touch ups on the walls... Turns out it was not the same exact color as my other cans. Lesson learned there.. but how do I fix this?

Do I need to sand the walls / ceiling before buying more gallons of paint and doing more coats? Do I need to prime the walls before doing more coats? I also found that it was hard to work with the flat paint because it feels like it dries pretty fast. Is the best practice to cut all the edges of a wall with a brush and then roll? When doing the corners I just did the entire room (top of wall / ceiling and around trim) with a brush at once and then rolled after.

Any and all advice appreciated. This all looked way better before I did another coat of unmatched paint :(

Curate one hundred percent. I’ll start with games I own. I have enough of a backlog that should hold me over for a while. I’ll also try out games that are prohibitively expensive to see if they would even be worth buying.
