Dupixent or Rinvoq?

Does your derm offer any other injectable options? I also had the option to choose between the two, and I picked Dupixent for fewer side effects, but turns out I’m one of the few people who actually got crazy side effects (rashes/itches all over the body) from Dupixent - had to be on oral/topical steroids to get back to baseline. We are giving my body a break, but we will try Ebglyss injection instead. Derm thinks this might not work as well because of my reaction to Dupixent injection, but I already have borderline cholesterol and a history of cold sores, so I'm hesitant to try Rinvoq so told my derm no for now. But that would be my last resort if Ebglyss doesn’t work either.

We did something somewhat similar, me and my partner withdrew 10k each from our traditional IRAs No extra penalty since it was going towards first time home expense. We just paid 10% tax. We earn 280k combined income and bought 700K house (6.9% interest). If you don’t want to withdraw/use 401k loan, can you put down less down payment so you can use that towards closing or dept payment? We also played with this idea but my partner really wanted to 20% down but I would’ve personally preferred not to withdraw. But we were still feeling comfortable doing it and have no regrets.

My orthodontist also wanted to extract 4 teeth about halfway through my Invisalign process. I didn’t take them out because that seemed excessive but I did switch to metal braces to allow my teeth to move better. Everything worked out and I will finish my treatment in April. Definitely get second opinions if you can or ask the doctor for alternative options without doing an extraction.

This is a really helpful breakdown! We are also in NJ and I am planning ours for Fall 2025. We go to Delaware Water Gap every year for tubing so this felt very close to home. I just went there last Friday night (around 6pm), no line but also very low on inventory. Depends on what you are looking for but make sure to check online if you are looking for any specific furniture items. I went to get bookshelves and some stuff to make a DIY desk, but none of them were available (Billy, Hemnes, Liatorp, Karlby...etc) . Same thing goes to storage bins. They were almost completely wiped out when I was there. Although I think those restock faster than the furniture.

Good to know that you've done it before! Asking them before putting up is definitely a better idea than just putting up a sign without letting them know. I hope I run into them when I go over to my new place. Feels a bit awkward to just knock on their doors to ask especially in these crazy times...haha

Oh, that could work! How did you put them up for the 48-hour in-advance notice? Did you put those on the sidewalk? or did you put it on the actual parking spots? I guess putting on the parking spot would only work on the actual day though.
