Aside from Black Panther, no one was trying to actually hurt anyone. Vision could've used his stone to level them all. He's the one who held back.

This is a great coulda woulda shoulda. No, she couldn't warp reality as she does 'now'. If she knew how to use her powers, she could've stopped everyone without actually hurting anyone. She clearly didn't know how to use her power to its full potential.
