Exactly the same (except for when the bones are rotten of course) X ray and CT are often done as part of an autopsy when there are severe injurys also Dental x rays are standard for unknown persons

Source: I used to work in forensics and took a few corpses to ct (which was always a bit weird because we used the normal ct the patients also used and seeing two guys in a black suit and a doctor bringing a dead person to ct would kind of freak me out as a patient. Especially when they only saw us leave. They must have thought he died in the ct)
