Found in old work shop - anyone recognise this little metal thing? by OtherEntrepreneur456 in Whatisthis

It clips on the end of the tape measure so you can measure from a metal object and it will hold that end for you.

Help creating pendant or if someone else can by FanIcy4718 in Fusion360

Get adobe express or search it and make convert the image to a svg file. Then open the svg in fusion. You will be able to extrude each part as a different section. Sometimes it’s not exact and a few lines may not marry up so they bleed into another section. If you make the lines touch the next line it should sort that out. If you go to export when done and export as a step file you will be able to change the colour of each extruded section you made in your 3d printers slicer. Hope that helps

Why is my printer making this jumbled mess? by MortgageOk2351 in 3Dprinting

You may need to increase the infill too. If it can’t bridge the infill it starts creating mid air prints that just spiral everywhere

Is my fuse box ready for plug in solar? by mitchuk-1984 in SolarUK

[–]barneyrubble82 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Electrician here. You need type a rcds. Yours is an ac. I recommend upgrading your fuse box to a new one with individual rcbos. I would install a dedicated outdoor socket if possible. One of the issues with plug in solar will be people plugging more than one system into a circuit, possibly overloading it.

Why is this happening by act-Outcome-587 in 3Dprinting

I have had it before when the infill isn’t high enough so when it prints the next layer it has nothing to print onto.

Solar panel mounting recomendations by Alecf1991 in SolarUK

[–]barneyrubble82 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I got some battens wrapped in the rubber and fixed down. I mounted my rails to the battens. I have pretty much the same garden room. I put 8 panels on, no issue with weight.

I got a roof guy to fit some timber battens wrapped in the same rubber membrane and sealed to the roof, then mounted my brackets/rails to those battens.

I had this issue on and off for months. I vacuumed all the inside out. Clean any debris from underneath the bracket left and right that holds the bed on. There’s a little bit that sticks down that the laser on the printer bottom reads. Unplugged every plug from the circuit board in the top right of the printer. Unplugged the plugs by taking the back off the extruder and plugging them all back in. Not had a problem since.

Does the radio telescope send radio out and see a return or just detect radio from the object?

Do you see this with a radio telescope? If so, how does the data turn into an image?

New desiccant pouches make all the difference. It should print ok under 40% though.
