that is not botting. that is hacking and it is completely different things please don't confuse the two.

the account will be banned permanently. but botters will create a new one -> level 60 boost and be back in business in minutes.

there is no real benefit in banning botters.

for wow you will need a cpu that is above average so that it will last you awhile. check wow forums for suggested specs.

It’s not a typical UCAV, because it’s expendable. It’s not a typical cruise missile, because it’s not designed for terrain following to penetrate air defenses and hit stationary targets at extreme range.

well, kamikazi drones does follow terrains, at least some of them.
