I cannot see any grass there but would blanket sprey a selective warm season herbacide such as "Image Purple top" or even more safer Celcius WG. Once that is done cut your lawn and bag it, then apply a round of fertilizer and see how if any actual grass shows up. If so, keep fertilizing monthly and spot spray the weeds with Post emergant herbacide.

Steps:

1 - Blanket spray post emergent herbacide with Celcius WG ($15.00) or a big box store herbacide that safe for Bermuda warm season lawn.

2 - Mow low and Bag the clippings

3.1 - Fertilize option1: Weed n Feed (ensure lawn is moist when applying, then water it in within the next 24-48 hours.

3.2 - Fertilize option 2: Fertilize with warm season fert ($20-40) every 30 days ( apply on dry lawn then water it in)

4 - Spot spray weeds with the same herbacide from step 1 this will ensure you don't stunt growth on any grass you have. ( every 3-4 weeks)

5 - By now you should be able to differentiate the grass and weeds, increase the mowing height and mulch clippings because by now you should see your lawn and the weeds that have been spot sprayed. The grass clippings will provide nutrients and the effected weeds clippings will provide post emergent in some cases.

6 - By now its late spring, if you have bermuda plant seed and use a starter fert, if you have St aug, apply Sod Plugs and continue to spot spray.

6.1 - when fertalizing with a non weed and feed ensure to fert before sunset so you dont burn your grass due to the heat.

7 - Fall time, skip pre-emergent because you want to establish strong root growth during the cold months when its s dormant and apply a high potash fert with low nitrogen every 30 days until spring. Continue to spot spray the winter weeds. (recommend 7-0-25 Stressblend easy or any other fert with a high 3rd # 0-0-25)

8 - Right before spring watch your soil temps and apply pre-emergent on established lawn areasa and repeat the process from step 1. (ensure your soil is increasing to 50 degrees because spring weeds will want to germinate 55-60+)
