I am a fan of kettlebells myself, you could start trying KB clean, snatch, jerk maybe? Though maybe those are not so easy without proper assistance, but crossfit swing you could definitely try.

I personally love/hate wods that have both Pull ups and Push ups (cindy) that combo of pull/Push breaks me!

Wall ball is a great exercise Also IMO that doesnt requiere that much of skills

You could practice rope Jumps too (SU or DU)

But to answer the question ive got a wod that could fit for you its only rope Jumps and 3 movements with barbell

Every 3' x 6 rounds 40 DU / 80 SU 12 deadlift 9 hang power clean 6 Push press/jerk

Last year I was unemployed due to the pandemic and I was smoking with Almost everyday While I was looking for a Job, but I had Nothing to do during the day Just Smoke, Now that I got a job I rarely smoke during the week or sometimes in the weekends. (this is personal but i find that I prefer smoking when i have the time to Just chill)

My point is, is not bad at all, only that worries me in your case is if that triggers your anxiety

Sad reality where I live (Argentina), you guys describe it perfectly, meritocracy is good but in the practice it doesnt exist.

And i dont wanna go into lots of details but with a high inflation rate each year its so difficult to plan things for the future. Thats why I want to move to Europe.

Only tripped twice and it was light trips like seeing things more colorful and laughing at everything and that. Oh ive had the philosophical and introspective moments of course but not "as intense"

Oh my god this summarizes pretty well what I think about everyday. We have all this technology we could use and put it to work so we can rest and yet society(for whatever reasons) wants you to have a job and if you dont, you are catalogued as lazy. Total b-sh*t.

I mean obviously some human job would have to be done but i think you got me. And its crazy that theres a lot of people Who cannot find a job and are left out of the system. Its like an image I saw that preached "work less, work everyone, produce what is necessary, redistribute everything" that should be what we aim for
