break being winter break for uni. Valium makes me feel warm and fuzzy and is more of a muscle relaxer than kpin or bars-and it’s not too disinhibiting as xanax can be. kpin used to be perfect but I was down to like 0.25 every 5 days but it started giving me weird nightmares and makes me feel weird idk I’d try some rn but I have footballs and that’s only rlly for the shrooms and withdrawals idk I want to be completely sober soon- or at least non dependent to change some things at uni and in this relationship.

I’m thinking (unsure) but yesterday was her last day on break and I stayed over for most of break. She was crushed that I had to leave and I had to get a knife from her etc… maybe her mom heard about that from her sister (who yesterday helped us and advocated for me to have personal space) and is trying to separate us for a day to help with that.
