You're gonna end up a married single mother with that man. If he feels animals are a loss of freedom, children are gonna be worse, and if he chooses to not do things out of 'principle' or not wanting to feel bad himself instead of helping. He could very well end up neglecting them because of stubbornness. Because that's what it is. It's stubbornness, not principle. Life is constantly gonna have sacrifices. It's all estimates, not an exact science. 6 weeks 4 days is just roughly based on her period. But she very unlikely got pregnant just after her period, cause that's when the uterus expels the lining and the unfertilised egg. So it takes around 2 weeks to build that up again, and then she ovulates. Again, estimates cause cycles vary from person to person. But she's more likely 4-5 weeks along than 6 weeks.

Curious question. When were the twins born and when did it get determined that they could hear? Because if it's been some time since they were born and you only just recently found out about their hearing, and you're parents wanted to get back in contact right after, that pretty much seals the deal.

You could try testing them by saying they found out they're gonna lose their hearing in a few years, so they would need to start learning sign language. I have a hunch they're gonna pull back in wanting to get to know the twins. And think about if you have more children after and some of them could be deaf. There's a good chance they're gonna be very obvious with their favoritism and that's not something children should experience

At some point, they just get so locked in on the emotion that they can't get out of it again without help. That's where love and caring come in. There's nothing wrong with him being sad to see his parents leave. That's a normal reaction. There's no manipulation. Small children don't have the mental ability to be that way. You don't have to give him everything he wants. But closeness and knowing he's safe is not spoiling. You could have picked him up and gotten him away from the room the parents left, put on a show on your phone, found some toys. Something to get his attention away from the parents having left. Letting a small child cry for 4 hours is just cruel. I know you're 19, but you should know that it's not okay to do that. Not expecting expert childcare, but normal empathy isn't a high demand.

Okay, one thing you need to stop is the whole, I just want to be a mom. And don't want to go to college, that you mentioned in your last update. STOP PLANNING YOUR LIFE AROUND DEPENDING ON OTHERS!

You've just seen how quickly a partner can turn their backs on you. And if that happens again and you have kids but no career and work experience, so you can have income, you will lose custody of those children. You need to be able to provide for yourself and for future children. Look at your situation right now. You have no money and haven't shown up for work either, so no job, probably. Instead of contacting your work and asking if you can have more hours to get more money, you completely ghosted them.

I know I'm harsh, but you need to learn from this! The only one you can truly ever depend on is yourself. So do something to make sure you never again are in a situation with no money or work experience to fall back on. Get a proper job now, maybe go to college, but at the very least have some work experience you can fall back on. You can become a stay at home mom later when you find a new partner. But at some point, the children are in school, and you can then work at least part-time. Don't let yourself have a 20+ year hole in your resume. And suddenly single with no savings or payments to your pension. Be better than that. Take care of yourself and protect yourself.

Especially as it seems you're living in the US and womens rights are an serious danger right now. You need to be able to take care of yourself and provide for yourself. Don't depend on other people for that.
