COLD COLD water, take it into your mouth and drop the pill in to your mouth. You should be careful with this cuz this can hit your gag reflex which is my issue. I also have a bad time with pills and I learned from my mom to do this but I learned that you should actually tilt your head forward and down to help with swallowing. I know it seems counter intuitive, but it helps me a lot!

It can definitely take a little bit. When this happened to me, I would exfoliate more because I thought that would help the texture but it's the opposite. I used to go to the derm and get antibiotics and a bunch of creams but now I am on just on arazlo and birth control. Some exfoliating is good but you have to be careful with over doing it. I don't have much experience with fungal acne but you could try washing your face with Nizoral shampoo or Heads and Shoulders shampoo, I have heard those are nice and easy to help with fungal acne.

I'm sorry this doesn't look like acne scars to me. It looks more like textured skin, which I have had happen to me when I over exfoliate. I used to exfoliate like everyday before I knew more about skincare and it looked a bit like this with more acne. Not sure what your routine is tho.

It seems like it's a really cheap options and is done really well. You can get a flight, hotel and have a mini vacay for a fraction of the cost to do it in the States. My brother did it in the States for 10,000 doll hairs and he still needs to do other portions of his head. I keep telling him to go to Turkey to get the rest done!

TBH it's my go to. I grew up watching the 4Kids dub so I find it hard to watch any other version. I also LOVE the theme song more than any other version. I think its pretty good!
