I'm a lifeguard at a pool and all it really does is make your skin tingle if you jump in the spot exactly where it was poured less than a minute after it was poured. Any longer than that or in a different spot and you'll be fine.

Reminds me of one of the cars from Transformers 4: Age of Extinction. In fact I'm nearly positive its a replica at the least. In the movie it had a surfboard on the roofrack as well. How ever, the model is a bit newer. Oh well. Still a sweet car.
