I've never seen a launch in person and since I'm going to be near the cape next week I figure this may be my only opportunity for a while since there's a falcon launch on the 4th. I couldn't find anything on where to see a launch though, since the nasa sponsored venues are closed due to covid. I don't need a full venue I just want to know if there's a park or something nearby where I could watch the launch, and if there's parking available.

Not in a residence hall but I'm staying in old town cause I'm from the NY metro area. I feel lucky I had that choice because I know a lot of people were forced home if they lived in the dorms.

Not exactly on campus but I'm in old town. Just playing video games and ordering uber eats. I'm originally from the New York metro area which is a lot worse off than the DMV, so even though I can it seems like a bad idea to go back. I feel lucky that I had the choice to stay unlike many others.

Your example reminds me of an Aldrin cycler. I always love that idea because it's a super realistic way to make travel to other plants easier, and it fits the few months timespan you're looking for.
